By accessing or using the website www.mymriscan.com or booking any diagnostic service with MyMRIScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Offered
MyMRIScan provides diagnostic imaging services including but not limited to:
- 1.5T & 3T MRI Scans
- 128-Slice CT Scans
- PET CT Scans
- Ultrasound (2D, 3D, 4D, Doppler)
- Digital X-Ray
- Cardiac & Neurological Tests
Services are available at our centre(s) in Chandigarh and surrounding areas including Mohali and Panchkula.
3. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp
- Booking confirmation will be provided within 60 minutes of your request
- A valid doctor’s prescription is recommended for all diagnostic scans
- MyMRIScan reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of technical or operational requirements
- Patients are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Patients may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting us at least a few hours in advance
- Repeated no-shows without notice may result in booking restrictions
- MyMRIScan reserves the right to cancel appointments due to equipment maintenance, emergencies, or force majeure events
- In such cases, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered
5. Pick & Drop Service
- Free pick & drop service is available within Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula
- The service must be requested at the time of booking
- MyMRIScan is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
- Patients must be ready at the agreed pick-up time
6. Reports & Results
- Scan reports are typically delivered within 4–6 hours of the scan
- Reports are prepared by qualified, in-house radiologists
- Digital reports are shared via WhatsApp or email
- Physical copies can be collected from our centre
- MyMRIScan reports are for diagnostic reference only and should be interpreted by a qualified physician
- We are not responsible for any medical decisions taken solely on the basis of our reports without consulting a doctor
7. Payments & Pricing
- Scan prices are communicated clearly at the time of booking with no hidden charges
- Prices may vary based on scan type, machine used (1.5T or 3T), and body part
- Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or card at the centre
- Receipts and invoices will be provided upon request
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price
8. Medical Disclaimer
- MyMRIScan provides diagnostic imaging services only and does not provide medical treatment or consultation
- Scan reports must be reviewed by a qualified and registered medical practitioner
- MyMRIScan is not liable for any diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision made based on our reports
- Patients with pacemakers, metal implants, or pregnancy must inform our staff before the scan
9. Limitation of Liability
MyMRIScan’s liability is limited to the cost of the diagnostic service availed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

- Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or redistribution of website content is prohibited
- MyMRIScan reserves the right to modify website content at any time without notice
11. Governing Law
